Exhibition Opening: Wondering What You Would Think

Next week we will hold a festive event marking the opening of the exhibition “Wondering What You Would Think” by Reuven Zahavi.
At the center of the exhibition is an installation created by Zahavi — a dining table laden with inedible, artificial food. He initially attempted to recreate his mother’s Algerian cookies using non-edible materials. Through the process, he realized he was reconstructing not only their form, but an entire world that was lost with her passing.

At 12:30, we will have a guided tour of the exhibition with the artist, along with a tour with the artist Rachel Hagigi of the exhibition “Blackout”, also currently showing at Mamuta.
